Introduction/Presentation to the 6th Grade Students

We are a group of students who are trying to help enrich our learning experiences of ourselves and our peers. If we help our educators better understand how we all learn differently we could get so much more out of one day. This project is all about YOU, so we are starting at the source by giving you a survey. The information we collect will then be represented in a presentation to be shown to you and your educator so that we can all learn more about ourselves and each other. If you are interested in making a difference and changing something that could be very beneficial to your learning experience, then please star your paper. Help us help you.

Survey Questions

Here are the questions we are considering asking of our 6th grade classmates. We hope to engage them in thinking about how we as learners, are different, and can use these learning style strengths to help us become successful.

  1. If you were a teacher for one day, what would you teach and how would you teach it?
  2. How do you use technology in your daily life, and how can you use it in your classroom?
  3. What strengths are you using to help you learn?
  4. If you could bring one thing into your classroom to help your learning experience, what would it be and why? (list)
  5. What is your favorite subject and why?
  6. If you were assigned a project, what sources would you rely on? Technology or traditional sources? (traditional: test books, worksheets, lectures, and packets)
